The compound glass fiber is made with a certain amount of PPS or P84 fiber blended into the felt. PPS or P84 fiber has stronger interlocking capability. Compared with pure glass fiber needled felt, the peeling strength between felt and base fabric and friction resistance has increased 3 or 4 folds. Thus its service life is strikingly prolonged.
The compound fiber needled felt is made from P84, PPS, Kermel and Metamax. It is mainly used for dust separation of coal-fired boiler and precious metal recovery in non-ferrous metallurgy. It is mainly used for cement and carbon black industries

Fiberglass needled felt filter material
Fiberglass needled felt is an excellent new type of high temperature resistant filtration material with reasonable structure, which uses 100%of fiberglass as raw material and is needle punched into felt. The felt has three dimensional micro porous structures with high void rate and less air resistance, which could eliminate up to 99.9% of the dust. Its filtration speed is 100% higher than the filtration material made by woven fabrics and suitable for use in the filters using the principal dedust.
