french baguette moulder/bakery equipment

a flexible moulder for production fo french baguttes and other long breads, in the mdium-sized and samll -sized bakeries. The machine can be also used as a rolling machine for toast bread.
The frame and safety bar are made from stainless steel. The side covers in polyester.
