Balance Wire Belt
Balanced wire belts are built with flat wire spirals across the belts width and connected with either straight or crimped cross bars. The crossbar edges are either welded or linked. Our balanced weave belt consists of a series of alternating single left-hand and right-hand spirals joined together by a cross-rod connector. With its virtually unlimited choice of mesh selection, it has many advantageous characteristics that make it the most preferred construction for almost any application.
Advantages:
Because of crimped connecting rod, the spiral pitches are accurately set. Deformation and stretch of belt are reduced as possible.
The Installation of balance wire belts is very simple and a non-skilled person can also install it.
