Material:

The cold rolling mild steel with good plasticity, toughness, stable chemical composition and smooth surface is supplied by top steel supplier, Shanghai BaoSteel.
The structure of pipe wall is compact, well-proportioned, pressure-resistant and anti-corrosion.

Surface treatment
Step 1: surface degrease and phosphorization after anti-corrosion coating
Step 2: primary anodic electrophoretic spray keeps the radiator surface smooth.
Step 3: The surface is treated by electrostatic spray with epoxy resin and then dried at 190 -200℃for twice. Thus a bright and colorful surface with resistance against dust, moisture, acid and scratch is formed.
