Product Description
Features and Advantages:
Easy Installation and Flexibility
Compression fittings are traditionally the most widely used, not only due to their reliability but also due to the simple installation technique. No special tools are required.
Structure
803 series with separated structure makes it more convenient for installation and dismounting. A fitting boy can match different inserts, which have the same taper part but different inner diameters.
Connection
The permanent connection of the pipe is obtained by screwing the nut over the brass cut ring. Both pieces are made in such a way that the brass ring is gradually squeezed and pressure is uniformly exerted over the whole area under contact.
Advance Technique
The same advanced hot forging and cold machining technique with optimized structure and perfect sealing design secures the tightness and life of compression fittings the same as those of press fittings.
Corrosion Insulation
A contact between the brass fittings and the aluminum pipe is prevented due to a thin gasket which fits between the end of pipe and the brass fittings. This means that the system is entirely protected against electrochemical corrosion between the brass and aluminum core of the multilayer pipe.
Assembling Instruction
During installation, please remember to bevel the inserting end of the pipe to avoid the edge of the pipe damages the O-rings.
