Product Description

1. Compression NdFeB magnet is made through "compression molding" of the mixture of quick-quenched NdFeB magnetic powder and bonding agent.Due to its high accuracy in size, the bonded magets may be formed into magnetic components of relatively complicated shapes. Also,it features single-time molding and multi-pole orientation. The injection molded magnet has a high mechanical strength and may be molded together with other matching parts.
2. Compression bonded magnet offers higher magnetic strength than injection moulded magnet.
Bonded NdFeB magnets due to their higher magnetic partical density, but is limited to simple geometric shapes due to the compaction process. The epoxy coating is very resistant to normal industrial alovent and automotive fluids. The normal applications of these magnets rang from below -40 degree and beyong 165 degree.
3. Bonded NdFeB magnets are widely applied in all kinds of mini-motors, air-conditioner motors, automatic controlling devices, sensors, drivers, telecom and instrument industry.
