Product Description

1. Injection mould NdFeB magnet is belong to neodymium rare earth magnet, it is the third generartion rare earth magnet.
2. Injection moulded NdFeB magnet is manufactured by binding rapid-quenching NdFeB powder. The powder is mixed with resin to form a magnet by infection molding with nylon.
3. It is strong but can be magnetized radially or multi poles. Injection moulded bonded magnets can be formed together with other parts and have very strict tolerance on dimension.
4. Various shapes of high dimensional accuracy can be produced without further processing.
5. Surface is treated by epoxy coating or nickel-plating to prevent corrosion.
