Product Description
Application:
YF series PVC wide plate extrusion line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long longevity and other advantages. These plates can be used for home, office, and public places decoration.
Features:
1) This line uses SJZ80 conical twin-screw extruder or JSP90 parallel twin-screw
extruder, and is driven by alternating-current inverter
2) Temperatures are controlled by imported meters, which can provide wide adjusting
range and precise temperature control
3) The down stream equipment consists of vacuum calibration unit, hauling-off unit,
cutting machine and stacker
4) Large-scale forced cooling unit ensures good shaping effect of the plate
5) Hauling-off unit uses imported geared motor and inverter, which can supply large
and stable haul-off force
6) The cutting machine is equipped with PLC system with which the cutting length can
be freely set and it provides accurate automatic cutting
7) The surface of the stacker is covered with one layer of special rubber to prevent
the products from damage
