Wedge Anchors Dacromet Coating

    Wedge anchors is a heavy mechanical expansion anchors designed to install the objects in the concrete, masonry or solid brick wall foundation. Rolling full or long external thread on body and pre-assembling a nut and a washer. Wedge anchor bolt is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, a steel expanding clip is wrapped onto wedge bolt body to ensure uniform holding power, on increasing with the tensile strength applied when the nut is tightened.

     The surface treatment of spraying Dacromet coating conform to the continuous improvement of the world environmental protection requirement, more suitable for the environment with liquid pollution, the high salt concentration and humidity. Its corrosion-proof, anti-rust and environmental protection performance are much better than common surface treatments.

     It provides a secure, easy and quick anchoring-fixing solution and ideal choice for installing the objects in the concrete foundation. During installation, after the anchor body is driven into a pre-drilled hole by hammer in the base material, tighten the nut by tool till the required torque value and make steel wedge anchor obtain the best expanding performance.

[Installation Instruction]:

① Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the proper diameter and depth required.

② Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

③ Pass wedge anchor body through a guide hole in the object and vertically align with a drilled hole in the substrate.

④ Hammer the head to insert into the hole.

⑤ Fasten the hex nut by tool until being fully fixed.
