Stainless Steel Wedge Anchor Bolts

    Stainless steel wedge anchor is wholly made of high-quality 304 or 316 stainless steel materials, used to anchor and fix the objects to the surface of concrete, masonry or solid brick wall foundation,producing same size and standard as steel wedge anchor. Cause the mechanical and chemical properties of stainless steel are better than carbon steel material, making SS wedge anchor achieve stronger expanding force and tensile strength and better anti-corrosion and rust prevention functions.

     For installing, SS 304 wedge anchor bolt is suitable for wet environment. SS 316 wedge anchor bolt is applicable to the places polluted immersion liquid such as seawater,damp or chlorine gas or has special or high requirements. After hammering wedge bolt into the pre-drilled hole and fastening the hex nut by tool, the SS expanding clip will move downward along the wedge rod body to make it expand and generate strong friction force in hole wall to achieve the expansion function to achieve the purpose of anchoring and installing the object.

{Installation Instruction}:

❶ Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the proper diameter and depth required.

❷ Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

❸ Pass ss wedge anchor body through a guide hole in the object and vertically align with a drilled hole in the substrate.

❹ Hammer the head to insert into the hole.

❺ Fasten the hex nut by tool until being fixed fully.
