Reinforcing Mesh Machinecan be used to produce the reinforcing welded wire mesh in construction & building.The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straight and pre-cut. The line wire is feeding by the servo motor ,pulling the wire net by the servo motor auto. The welding power comes from the cylinders. It's easy to control the welding pressure .
It can adopt once pressurization, once electrify or once pressurization, three times electrify while welding.
Function characters Main Engine:It adopts imported and famous pneumatic components, the life span of the machine is long, and welding wire is accurate, big pressure makes welding points firm. Welding Transformer:This machine equips typical and efficient transformer, which has 8-gear, so it enlarges welding range. Professional electrode makes the wear low; it also is used in many sides. Sending Mesh System:It is controlled by computer, the distance of weft could adjust steplessly, the hole change is setted by the program, it could exist different weft distances on one piece of mesh sheet. Control System:It adopts PLC program controller, the operation is convenient with touching screen, and it is easy to learn and use. Fallen Wire System:This system adopts patent technology, sending stuff one by one, it need not put wires by manual work. Function Characteristics:It adopts synchronous control skill. The longitudinal wires are fed continually in coils, which can be straightened, cut, welded, and placed in order automatically, mesh drawing system is controlled by servo motor which improves the precision of mesh opening size, meanwhile the longitudinal and transversal spacing are adjustable.
