It can be heated by electricity, oil or gas. Roll-in type trolley can be rotated in baking chamber either by hook or rotating platform.The large window in the door incorporating heat-reflecting double glazed glass and the effective internal lighting permits close observation of the baking process inside the oven.
Features: They have strong insulation,which can keep the heat stay where it should be;
Both inside and outside of the rotery overns are made of stainless steel materials;
Large front window with heat-reflecting glass and good lighting;
They are fast heating, energy-saving, available for gas or oil, and the maximum temperature can reach 300°;
