Net Belt Tunnel Freezer machine: the conveying belt is made of stainless steel wire or plastic-steel screen. The foods to be processed are placed in the tray or directly placed on the conveying belt depending on its type, and are quickly frozen through airing from below to upwards or through side airing. This type of machine can be used for processing of a widest range of foods (e.g. steamed stuffed bun, dumpling, fish balls etc.) and various kinds of fruits and vegetables, especially for those products, which are not suitable to fluidized quick- freezing. The freezing time is optional from 12 to 100 minutes.
