Product Description
Materials of Expanded Metal Mesh: Electro-galvanized expanded metal mesh is made from electro-galvanized plate, the usuall materials included low carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, titaniun plate, brass plate, nickel plated and so on.
The Characteristics of Electro-galvanized Flattened Expanded Metal: Flattened expanded metal mesh is regular expanded metal which has been cold rolled leaving a flat, smooth surface.
Electro-galvanized Flattened Metal Meshes' Description:
Each sheet is expanded in the regular rorm and the passed through a cold rolled reducing mill. In this process the length of the sheet is elongated-uaually about 5%-but the width of the sheet remains the same. The sheet is then sent through a leveler to maintain its flatness.
YLD is one of the few manufactures of expanded metal that can be flattened a sheet up to 3m in width.
Typical applications of electro-galvanized flattened expanded metal is used in filtrations.
YLD offers a full and comprehensive finishing service for all of our products including cutting, notching, rolling, annealing, forming, welding, painting and anodizing.
Special designs or sizes are also available as customers' requirements!
