Specifications
These are oil immersed rotary vane type pumps The rotorwith two spring loaded vanes is mounted eccentrically in the stator
As the rotorrotates, the vanes sweep crescent shaped air space twice in each revolution .Thebuilt-in non return valve prevents back flow of air.
ACCESSORIES
It is electromagnetic solenoid type which admits airinto the system as soon as the power supply fails . This prevents backflow ofoil to the system.
Air Ballast:
This is a vent pipe introducing air before actualcompressions which eliminates condensation of the sucked vapor , therebyavoiding contamination of oil.
Non Return Valve:
It is rubber diaphragm type spring loaded valve ,whichprevents back-flow of oil to the system as soon as the pump stops. These can notbe used to hold the vacuum in the system for longer period.
