Precision Dimension Control Centrifugal Casting
This type of roll are gained by centrifugal casting process with high alloysteel as the work layer which forms very good tensile strength and abrasive wearresistanc, also with the alloy pearlitic nodular cast iron as core which possesshigh tensile strength and bending strength. Though heat treatment the structureof the work layer becomes fine-grained and evenly distributed carbides in abainitic martix.That is because the work layer is solidified in the condition ofstrong centrifugal force and granule of the alloy steel is fine.By adding somespecial elements into the work later, the strength of the border betweengranules in enhanced; at the same time other special elements are added toimprove the high tensile strength of the work layerand guarantee theirresistance to thermal shocking and fire-cracking.
