Two Layers PP/PS Sheet Extruder TJS-670 makes two colors/Layers PP/PS sheet which produce plastic products like cups, containers, lids, dishes, boxes, blisters, trays, plates and so on.
Features:
1) Used to produce two-layer, two-color sheets, including PP, PE and PS which
are used to produce two-color bowls, pallets, heavy-caliber plastic
cups, plastic tableware
2) Composed of extruding, calendaring and traction rolling
3) The main parts including screw rods, cylinders, dies are made of high quality
specially-treated alloys
4) Abrasion and corrosion resistant, high-temperature resistant
5) The extruding channel is force resistant and has no retention, which has the
sheets with uniformed height
6) The internally spiral tank ensures effective cooling
7) With electric quick net-changer device, it is easy to change and install
