Product Description
The high speed tubular stranding machines are used for the stranding
of copper wires, aluminum wires, ACSR. They are also used for the
making of steel ropes. Among the stranders, the model 100, 250, 300,
are specially designed to strand steel ropes. Straighteners are
mounted on the model 250, 300, stranders whose take-up and traversing
device are driven by the machine proper.
These high speed tubular stranding machines are mainly composed of
pay-off stand, rotors, forming die, length counter, haul-off capstan,
take-up & traversing device, protecting cover, wire breaking stop
unit, electrical panel. Model 100 and 200 stranders are driven by
3-phase A.C motor, while the model 250 (more than WTP), by slip ring
induction motor.
