PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
E-glass chopped strand mat is made of randomly dispersed chopped strands; Power or emulsion bonded; Applicable for hand lay-up, continuous lamination process; Compatible with unsaturated polyester(UP), vinyl resin(VE) for production of transparent panels, ship bodies, parts and interior decorations of automobiles.
CHARACTERISTICS
Consistent mat thickness and stiffness; Superior wet through with less air trap; Rapid wet out,good process properties provides outstanding fiber binding strength; Excellent mold compatibility suitable for a variety of small radius molds; Product offers good mechanical properties.
PACKAGING
The chopped strand mat is packaged by polyethylene bag. The bags are placed into cardboard box and put on pallets. Each pallet will be either stack 12 boxes vertically, or 9/6 stacks horizontally. The pallets should be stocked no more than 2-layer high, and the cardboard boxes will not exceed 5-layer high.
STORAGE
The product should be stored in dry, cool and rainproof place. Optimum storage conditions are between the temperature of 5~35℃ and with the humidity between 35~65%. It is recommended that the product should be stored under room temperature for at least 24 hours before use.
Prior to using the products, please do not open the package to prevent moisture getting into the product. The product should be used within 6 months from the time of delivery.
