mortise lock

·Lockcase:  1  latch bolt, 1 deadbolt. Split followers or hubs are required.

·Outside trim: lever handle, key cylinder.

·Inside trim: lever handle, thumb turn or cylinder.

·Lock  and  unlock:  Door  can be locked and unlocked with key. Latch can be
withdrawn  from  both sides. Deadbolt can be thrown and withdrawn by key or
turn  on  both sides. It can be withdrawn also by the inside lever when one
exits.

·Get  in:  Deadbolt  can  be withdrawn on the first turn of the cylinder and
latch  bolt  can then be withdrawn on the second turn of the cylinder or by
turning the outside lever.

·Exit:  Door  can be opened by the turning of the inside lever regardless of
position of the deadbolt..
