The longitudinal traveling of the working table is hydraulic transmission; the transverse traveling of the grinding head is hydraulic transmission but manual transmission is also adopted at the same time 3) The grinding head perpendicular feeding is manual but also equips quick elevating device. The transverse feeding is driven by lead screw. This lead screw has a self half-nut so that it's easy to operate. 4) The grinding wheel spindle adopts one rolling bearing and one sliding bearing with strong rigid construction, high precision and low roughness. 5) The heat-symmetry design on machine body leads to its little distorting by heat. The guiding track is heated by returned oil thus the change on the linearity of this guiding track is very small 6) Polytetrafluoroethylene soft strip is pasted on the guiding track of working table decrease guiding track wastage. |
