Surface Grinding Machine

Features:
1) This series of machines is suitable for grinding the surfaces of workpieces made of steel, cast iron and nonferrous metal etc.
2) The longitudinal traveling of the working table and the transverse traveling of the grinding head are hydraulic transmission and stepless speeding. 
3) The heat-symmetry design on machine body leads to its little distorting by heat. The guiding track is heated by returned oil thus the change on the linearity of this guiding track is less than 0.005mm.
4) The movement of grinding head is manually but also equips a quick elevating device for easy and efficient operation.
5) Polytetrafluoroethylene soft strip is pasted on the guiding track of working table and the guiding track of perpendicular feeding of grinding head to decrease guiding track wastage and machine's energy consumption.
