1) Measurement:
a) Active energy: total active energy, active energy under 4 tariffs
b) Max. demand: with date and time. MD shall be fixed window method and it shall
be set as 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 60 minutes through programming
2) Billing:
a) Records the billing data automatically with default time at 00:00 clock of the first
day of each calendar month
b) Stores cumulative active energy and active max. demand with date and time of
each month of the latest 12 months
3) Time programming:
a) 4 tariffs in a day (T1-T4)
b) T4 can be coded for the other requirements
c) Programmed with either simple tariffs or complex tariffs
d) Simple tariffs: a day can be divided into 8 time intervals
e) Complex program: a day can be divided into 12 time intervals
f) Time programming (TP): 8 different TP for application, each TP can have different

h) Year programming (YP): the meter shall provide one set of YP for application
i) Holiday programming: 24 sets of holiday program for application, each holiday can
select one tariff from TP1-TP8
