Product Description
Truck O Liner cab tower can cooperate with the cab bench to perform various hydraulic straightening and jacking repairs on the chassis of the damaged cab. The straightening trolleys are equipped with extended high-reach beams, stays and other special accessories and assist in straightening and repairing the cab's vertical frame members and roof section.Besides The frame straightening system is not only utilized for damaged heavy duty trucks, but also utilized to straighten and repair damaged buses.
Two alternative solutions for your repair workshop: Floor anchoring or I-beam attachment.
1.Floor beam casted in the concrete floor: With a simple twist the cab tower is fastened into the I-beam in the workshop floor. The I-beam also fits in the same anchoring holders as the TRUCK-O-LINER frame straightening system. Numerous accessories, clamps and tools are available for press and pull functions.
2.Floor anchoring pots in the concrete floor: The cab tower can be fastened with a bolt in the front and chain expanders in the rear. The "expander holes" can be covered by a protective cover when they are not in use. It is easy to fix the cab tower in your workshop floor. The floor anchoring is good solution for repair of minor damage, as for the bus. In this case the cab tower is fixed with a nose bracket directly in the expander hole at the front and with chains at the rear. The tower is pretensioned with an impact wrench. The pulling angle is quickly adjusted sideways and the tower locked into position with a pin.
