1, Product introduction
Use 1. Coal body water injection, dust reduction, coal pressure reduction, coal splitting, gas discharge, etc. 2. Grouting, water injection and hole plugging of coal or rock mass. 3. It is used for curtain, consolidation, backfilling, chemical grouting and cement grouting of hydropower stations and reservoirs. 4. Water pressure test for geological exploration and water plugging for drilling.
2, Using
1. Connect all pipeline systems, tighten all screw threads, connect the air source (or hydraulic pump), place the grouting plug at the orifice (or in a closed steel pipe at one end) for pressure test, check whether the joint leaks, and put it into the hole for standby.
2. Open the pressure reducing valve of the gas cylinder or the water pressure pump to allow the grouting plug to expand slowly. Note that the inflation pressure must be greater than 2/3 of the grouting pressure. Grouting can be started when the predetermined pressure is reached.
3. At the beginning of grouting, when there is a large amount of grout coming out of the grout return port, slowly pressurize it to the predetermined grouting pressure by several times, otherwise it is easy to form a large differential pressure. During grouting, the pressure on the pressure gauge of the pressure reducing valve of the gas cylinder shall be checked frequently. If it is reduced, it shall be supplemented immediately.
4. When the grouting time is long, it is necessary to check whether there is grout channeling, blocking and returning. If there is, stop grouting, release the pressure, and loosen the air plug up and down to prevent it from being consolidated and difficult to take out.
5. At the end of grouting, the grouting pressure must be released first, and then the inflation pressure must be released. Do not release the inflation pressure first to prevent the grouting plug from shooting out and causing safety accidents.
6. After grouting, just put the grouting plug into the closed steel pipe at one end, inflate about 0.5Mpa, and then conduct cyclic flushing.
7. After the grout plug is taken out, connect the water pipe with the grout inlet pipe and the grout return pipe for flushing.
8. When multiple holes are grouted together, all pipelines must be arranged in parallel and shall not be twisted together to prevent accidents in one hole from affecting the safety of other holes.
9. After a long time of use, the lower end of the grouting plug shall be disassembled for cleaning and greased.
10. When long cracks or relatively broken are found during drilling, grout channeling, plugging and grout return may occur, and another air pipe shall be put to the upper end of the grouting plug. If grout channeling, plugging and grout return occur, high pressure air shall be used to flush it to prevent jamming.
