Details of steel drum lid clamps

XEAL® drum clamps are made of high quality cold rolled steel. High precision integrated die is used to produce each component, which assures product consistency and production efficiency. Rivets with better mechincal strength are applied to connect components togehter.

Surface of drum clamps is zinc plated, which could reach same anti-corrosion performance as XEAL® drum closures. Drum clamps are galvanized after riveting, which ensures all surface area of clamps are fully zinc plated.

There are several weld spots on each hinge. These weld spots are helpful to form a smoother and stronger area after clamps are welded onto drum lock rings. The hole design on handle and bridge design on hinge allow a T seal to go through, which provides additional protection to the closing system.
