Product Description
It is an epoxy functional silane which mainly acts as a coupling agent and an adhesion promoter in coatings and sealants industries.
It can improve electrical properties of composites therefore it is also used for the preparation of electronic encapsulation and electronic packaging materials.
It can act as a surface modifier of various inorganic fillers and glass fiber, to improve the bonding performance between organic resins and inorganic substrates. Suitable polymers include epoxy, urethane, acrylic and polysulfide polymers.
