5. Capability

5.1 Comply with the requirements and rules of SOLAS MSC.218(82),MSC.272(85), and amendment 1996, MSC.81(70),MSC.226(82) & MSC.274(85).

5.2 It can self-rightening by itself.

5.3 Hook device is the with the load release.
