Flow calibration column is widely used in the flow calibration of metering pump and dosing device, Plastic Flow Calibration Column can accurately calibrate the output flow of metering pump. RMIPLAST offer transparent PVC Flow Calibration Column and semi-transparent PVDF Flow Calibration Column. Transparent Flow Calibration Column volume from 100ml to 10000ml, connection by thread and flange 1/2", 3/4" ,1[, 1-1/2" and 2".
The selection of Plastic Flow Calibration Column is determined according to the pump flow and calibration time requirements. For example, the flow of the pump is 60L/h, need to calibrate the flow of 0.5-1 min, then the calculated flow per minute should be 60L_60 = 1L, then you can choose to use a 1 L volume of calibration column.
