Function of Leveling machine 


      Under the condition of large elastic-plstic bending, no mater how different the original bending degree, the CNC precision leveling machine uses the "Bauschinger effect" of the material to bend the plate repeatedly, gradually reduce the bending deflection, and gradually change the origina curvature into a single curvature, and finally level it to achieve the leveling accuracy required by the process.

      After a series of alternating bending, the sheet metal is controlled by the motor and the PLC to accurately control the lower pressure of each leveling drum,elminating the internal stress, and fundamentally solving the unsatisfactory leveling effect caused by the different stress in each part of the sheet metal, thus achieving high precision leveling.

      Compared with other leveling methods, the control system of the machine has the functions of sotring ,calling ,editing process and equipment parameters, and has the function misoperation identification and warning. In use on the operating table, according to the plate thickness, plate width and other parameters or the exist parameters of the database to set the amount of pressure input and output, to achieve the work roll out, into the gap and other electric adjustment, and can be manually adjusted and corrected .

      Control System: The machine adopts Panasonic PLC controller of Japan and controls the running speed by Delta frequency converter. All actions of the machine are controlled centrally by the operating table, touch man-machine interface display screen, operaton panel is easy to understand, install emergency switch in four conspicuous position to ensure safe operation! With digital display displacement ,the operation is very smple and rapid. It takes only a few seconds to level high-precision, complex hardware that usually takes a long time of manual leveling.
