Portable 4 in 1  Sensor multi CO LEL O2 H2S  Analyzer

Our portable multi detector with a large LCD. It can monitor CO, H2S, O2 and combustible simultaneously. The instrument with audio/visual and vibratory indicators, rechargeable battery, and simple use. It is widely used in the area where explosion-proof is required or toxic gs leaks, like underground channels or mining industry, so as to protect the workers' life and avoid damage on the relevant equipments.

Ⅱ Basic Product Use

2.1 Basic Device Keys

The portable gs detector itself has three buttons to operate, as shown in the figure below. The button on the left is the power button. Press and hold for three seconds and release it to turn on or off.

Depending on the length of time you press, the middle and right keys have two functions: when you press briefly, the middle key represents page turning to the left and the right key represents page turning to the right;When you press and hold for one second, the middle button represents cancellation, and the right button represents confirmation.

2.2 Device Status Bar

 After booting, the first screen displays the Welcome screen. After three seconds, it automatically jumps to the first screen. The upper part of the yellow line of the interface of our device is the status bar, as shown in the figure below.

The current time at 12:31 displayed on the left of the status bar is 12:31 minutes.There are three icons on the right. The first icon is the storage icon. The icon appears after the storage function is turned on.The icon will automatically turn green every time you save, and the icon will turn red when there is not enough storage space.

The second icon on the right is the USB plug-in icon. When your device is connected to the computer via a USB cable, the icon will appear.The third icon is the battery icon, which shows the battery level.When the system is charging, the battery icon will flash white and green, and the icon will turn red when the battery is low.

2.3 Product Basic Display Interface

The basic interface of the device includes the following three types: all-in-one display interface, single gs display interface, and discount display interface (optional).

The first interface is shown in the figure below. It is an all-in-one gs interface. Under this interface, real-time data of all gses can be displayed concisely.When the gs is in the warm-up period after power-on, the gs will display "--.--", please wait for the data to be displayed after the preheater is finished.Normal gs is displayed in white font. When a certain gs exceeds the alarm limit, the gs will change to red font to indicate that the current gs exceeds the standard and alarm.

After pressing the "Page Right / Confirmation Key" shortly on the all-in-one gs interface, it will automatically jump to the single gs display interface. The single gs display interface will only display a certain gs, but the displayed data is more comprehensive.

As shown in the figure, the large font is used to display the current gs concentration in the center of the screen. A red exclamation mark represents the alarm situation. When the gs exceeds the standard, a red exclamation mark will appear and the gs will change from a normal white font to a red font.There is a meter line at the bottom of the screen. The larger the gs concentration, the longer the meter line.Shown below are the minimum and maximum concentrations for the measurement period.

In the single-gs display interface, short press the "Page Left / Cancel Key" to clear the statistics of the maximum and minimum values. At the same time, in the alarm state, the sound and light alarm can be eliminated.

In the single-gas display interface, press the "Page Right / Confirmation Key" for a short time to display the next gs. When all four gs interfaces are turned, it will automatically enter the polyline display interface (optional).

As shown in the figure, a coordinate system is formed on the screen. The horizontal axis is time. Each grid is composed of two acquisition intervals. The vertical axis represents gs concentration. The red discount is a real-time line chart of the data collected in the last 20 acquisition intervals.

2.4 Product Alarm And Elimination

When the product detects that the concentration exceeds the alarm limit, the instrument will trigger an alarm state. At this time, the buzzer will emit a beep sound, the alarm light will flash regularly, and the corresponding number on the screen will change from white.Turns red and the alarm icon appears.

In the alarm state, short press "Page Left / Cancel Key" will cancel the alarm and turn off the alarm state of the buzzer and alarm light, but the red number and alarm icon on the screen will not disappear.If another alarm is triggered again in the alarm cancellation state, the buzzer and alarm light will still indicate the alarm until the alarm is cleared or the alarm is canceled manually.
