How to recycle PVB film from laminated glass ?

Laminated glass can be found in automobile windshields, building windows, house windows, and so on. We can find that the waste laminated glass has big quantity in our daily life, and we have to say recycling laminated glass is a challenging thing, because of its special characteristic. And with years development, our machine in market can finish separation of laminated glass  into glass and interlayer for recycling.

Laminated glass separator machine include two parts: crushing and separating.

Firstly, put water on the glass and then make the glass broken by crushing machine.

Secondly, set the broken glass aside for 3 days, let the water penetrate into the glass.

Thirdly, separate PVB films by separator machine.

Finally, the crushed glass size < 10 mm, the PVB film integrity rate > 95%.  

Both crushed glass and PVB film can be sold again for recycle use.
