Jetex-Lloyd's air handling uits borrow the advantages of the advanced products of some international brands, incorporate the design features of modern air-conditioning systems, and are delicately developed to meet different requirements. Jetex-Lloyd's air handling units maintain the following structural features:
1. Framework: the framework made of high-intensity aluminum and filled with PU foam features high intensity, light weight, strong corrosive resistance, long service life, good appearance, and flexible structure of the unit.
2. Panel: the panel is made of high-quality electrolytic plate, which is covered with plastic coating. The oxidized layer on the electrolytic plate enhances the cohesive force of the coating. Further, the oxidized layer and the plastic coating form a double-layer protection.
3. Coil pipe: the fin is made of high-quality aluminum foil, and it is processed into wave-like fin with numerical control punch; the copper pipes intervene with each other, and the microscopic overfall assures that no dirt or bacteria will be produced on the fin; the copper pipes also maintain low airflow resistance and remarkable resistance to corrosion.
4. Fan: imported LAU or COMFRI double-intake multi-wing centrifugal fan, with special-shaped one-piece impeller.
These product series are strictly tested and inspected before shipped out the plant. Appointed inspectors control each process from raw material to finished product. The plant maintains fully automatic computer testing system, assuring the performance and reliability of the products.
