12V MR16 COB LED Spot Light

The FT 7W MR16 LED bulbs deliver a clearly defined pools of light that enhances vibrant whites and lively rich colors in directional lighting applications. The spotlight bulb allows track and recessed light fixtures to deliver a punch of narrow-beam light for exceptional downlighting, accent and spot lighting. This versatile GU5.3, bi-pin base LED bulb can be used to enhance the prominence, attractiveness and clarity of displayed merchandise in retail facilities. It's also a great choice to add a layer of light that maximize the livability and beauty or create a homelike atmosphere of an interior space such us a hotel, cafe, and restaurant. The clean beam with high CBCP allows the bulb to provide high-impact accenting of features in museums and galleries as well as create maximum impact in outdoor landscapes.

Available in 15°, 24°, 36° and 60°  beam angles, the MR16 LED bulb provides a uniform spread of light with the amount of lumen output desired to deliver high center beam intensity. The directional bulb uses chip-on-board (COB) technology to provide a tight beam of light in CCTs from 2700K to 6500K. The 7 watt LED bulb provides 780 lumens of high quality light with color rendition greater than 80 CRI. Optional 90+ CRI products are offered for applications where a spectrum of light that renders color faithfully is required. Flux density is maximized with a multi-facet reflector which provides uniform target distributions with high reflectance efficiency. An anti-glare lens is incorporated in the optical system to maximize optical extraction efficiency whilst minimizing overshadowing and eliminating visible hot spots from the LED.

This MR16 reflector bulb is optimized to work as an integrated system to ensure component life as well as consistency in lumen output and color stability throughout the product's long rated service life. The bulb has a thermally efficient, corrosion resistant housing constructed from a thermoplastic and aluminum composite. The aluminum part of the housing is made from CNC aluminum which provides robust heat sinking of thermal energy generated by the LED. High performance thermal interface material (TIM) and low thermal resistance PCB maximizes the heat flow from the LED chips to the heat sink. The optimized thermal path guarantees high efficiency in heat dissipation.

The self-ballasted spotlight bulb is powered by a constant current driver. Tight load regulation allows the COB LED to operate to their optimum performance.
