ZXJ vacuum pumping unit

ZXJ vacuum pumping unit adopts a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump as the primary pump, and Roots vacuum pump as the secondary booster pump, which can have a big vacuum pumping rate under high vacuum conditions. The unit, equipped with microcomputer digital vacuum gauge, can be set to automatically control the start of the secondary pump according to the working conditions. The unit can obtain a vacuum of 133Pa or less, and the unit itself can reach the ultimate vacuum of 7Pa or less.

The vacuum pumping unit is a basic equipment for extracting the gas in a specific closed container to obtain a certain degree of vacuum. It can be used for vacuuming for electrical appliances, metallurgy, petroleum, industrial and mining, chemical enterprises, etc. However, it is not suitable for extracting gas of too high oxygen content, explosive, toxic, chemically acting on vacuum pump oil or corrosive to ferrous metals; it is also not suitable for compressors and pumps.
