High-efficiency, high-head impeller design, using hard alloy impeller, wide flow channel, good anti-blocking performance, and low NPSHr. AH Slurry Pump

HH Slurry Pump

 

AH,HH type pumps are cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps. It is suitable for transporting strong abrasive and high-concentration slurry in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power, and building materials. This type of pump can also be used in multiple stages in series.

The pump body of AH and HH pumps has replaceable wear-resistant metal lining or rubber lining, and the impeller is made of wear-resistant metal or rubber material. The lining and impeller of the HH pump are made of wear-resistant metal only.

The shaft seals of AH and HH pumps can adopt packing seals or centrifugal seals. The outlet position of the pump can be installed and rotated at different angles of 45 degrees at eight different angles.

 

ZJ Slurry Pump


ZJ slurry pump is a horizontal, vertical split-type slurry pump with double pump casing structure. ZJ slurry pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable metal lining. The lining material is high chromium wear-resistant alloy material. The lining can be used until it is worn through, which extends maintenance intervals and reduce operating costs. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles.

 

It is suitable for power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries. The processing medium is abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles. The solid-liquid mixed concentration of ZJ slurry pump is 45% for mortar, and 60% for ore slurry, medium temperature ≤60℃.

Features
1.The whole machine is a dry motor& lower pump structure. The motor is protected by a mechanical seal, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the inner cavity of the motor.
2.In addition to the main impeller, there is a stirring impeller, which can stir the slag deposited on the bottom of the water into a turbulent flow and extract it.
3.Impellers, stirring impellers and other main flow-through parts are made of highly wear-resistant materials. They are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non-clogging, and have strong drainage capabilities. It can effectively pass large solid particles.
4.Unlimited by suction, high slag suction efficiency, dredging is more thorough.
5.No auxiliary vacuum pump required. Lower investment.
6.No auxiliary stirring or spraying device is needed for easier operation.
