Fault alarm and protection

2. Water shortage protection in the boiler: in case of extremely low water level failure due to pump failure or other reasons, the control system will immediately shut down the burner's power supply, enter the chain, and alarm with sound and light, and the screen will display extremely low water level.After the fault is eliminated, press the reset button to break the chain.
Ultra high boiler water level: when the water level in the pot is higher than the upper warning level, sound and light alarm will be given.Prompt "ultra high limit of water level in the pot", the display screen prompt drainage.Automatic recovery after the fault is eliminated, stop the pump without stopping the furnace.
4. Overload of water pump motor: heat relay action when the water pump motor is over current, cut off the power supply of the water pump motor, and stop the water pump, which is realized by hardware.
Power failure: In case of power failure, the control system will immediately shut down the power supply of all equipment in the cabinet where power failure occurs.When the power is restored, the cabinet will be in the off-duty state automatically. It is necessary to restart the machine and start the equipment to ensure the safety of the equipment.
