The Rosemount 5021 Explosion-Proof Transmitter is a single-channel, loop-powered device that accepts inputs from pH/ORP sensors, conductivity (contact and ring) sensors, and current measurements (dissolved oxygen, chlorine, and ozone sensors).

Measurement range Fieldbus (pH): Four AI modules assigned to pH, temperature, reference impedance and glass impedance.

Fieldbus (ORP): Three AI modules assigned to the ORP, temperature and reference impedance.

Ambient temperature Fieldbus (pH and ORP): Execution time 75 ms. One PID block; execution time is 150 milliseconds.

Device Type 4085. Device Version 1. Certified by ITK 4.5.

Power Supply The minimum supply voltage is 12 Vdc. The maximum supply voltage is 42.4 Vdc (30 Vdc intrinsically safe operation). The supply voltage should cover the voltage drop across the cable and the external load resistance required for HART communication (minimum 250Ω).
