Protein A Affinity Columns For Monoclonal Antibody Analysis
Absolut A designed for fast analysis of monoclonal antibody (mAb) concentration (titer) in Affinity Chromatography. Recombinant protein A (rProtein A) has the advantages of bind the Fc region of immunoglobulins and alkali resistance. The spherical PS/DVB (Poly(styrene/divinylbenzene)) particles are highly cross-linked for enhanced mechanical stability, and bigger hole diameter. Compared with agarose base, hydrophilic PS/DVB has a higher dynamic binding capacity (DBC), longer lifetime and less shedding of rProtein A ligand. Hence, Absolut A is an excellent choice for mAbs analysis.
