1.1. Application :The UN-25KVA butt welding machine is use to weld high /middle/low carbon steel wire, stainless steel, steel bar , pre-stressed steel strand wire, alloy steel and nonferrous metal, copper and aluminum wire, nickel alloy wire etc

Steel wire :12-28mm ; 
Copper / aluminum wire :12- 20mm

1.3 Performance characteristics
1.3.1  Gripping wire operation in the form of eccentric cam pressed and pressed force can be adjusted against the wire size , with higher pressed force and easy adjustable.
1.3.2  The sliding part is linear bearing with high flexibility and wear resistance.
1.3.3  With secondary annealing device, the wire between 12 and 26 mm can be welded with the best effect.
1.3.4  With shearing machine, it is convenient to cut large diameter steel wire.
1.3.5 . Configuration of grinder device, easy to operate
1.3.6  Adopts 24V low-voltage operation mode, with high safety performance.
