I. Application :The DS-I-0.4KVA (PLC) machine is use to weld high /middle/low carbon steel wire, steel cord ,bead wire , hose wire ,stainless steel, steel bar PC bar, pre-stressed steel strand wire, alloy steel and nonferrous metal, copper and aluminum wire, nickel alloy wire etc

3.1 Adopted PLC and frequency inverter control system, welding wire diameter and current are adjustable on touch screen , every easy and convenient for operation , with high welding success ratio

3.2 Equipped with two times of tempering system can control and adjust the time and current , that ensures the physical properties of the welded wire are very close to original wire, and it is not easy to break in subsequent grinding and drawing

3.3 The wire clamping is much more convenient. The clamping method of welding wire is hand-pressing. It is suitable for welding small and medium-sized wires

3.4 Tempering operation is convenient, flexible and has large clamping force

3.5  Equipped with grinder, cutter, Magnifier, , working light , complete functions , easy and convenient for operation
