Equipment introduction: Electrophoresis is carried out by anodic electrophoresis [AED] and cathodic electrophoresis [CED]; electrophoresis anode coating or electrophoresis cathode coating is selected according to the metal activity of the workpiece. Cathodic electrophoresis is generally used for inactive metals.

The electrophoresis tank of the main body of the apparatus generally has two kinds of ship shape and rectangular shape; the ship shape is used for continuous pass electrophoresis, and the rectangle is used for intermittent up and down lifting electrophoresis. 4. Select a qualified rectified power supply to ensure automatic fluctuation and steady flow, the fluctuation amplitude is less than 5%.
