Product Description
This low melt EVA valve bag is specially designed packaging bags for rubber additive Carbon Black. With the bags and anautomatic filling machine, carbon black manufacturers can make uniform packages of 5kg, 10kg and 25kg. These valve bags are made from EVA resin(copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate) which has particular low melting point and is highly compatible with rubber and plastic, so the bags together with the contained materials can be direct put into a banbury mixer during rubber mixing process, and the bags can fully disperse in the rubber as an effective ingredient.
Bags with different melting points are available for different mixing conditions. With standard packages and no need to unpack before using the materials, low melt valve bags also facilitate the work of the material users.
