HDH method uses sponge titanium to produce brittleness after hydrogen absorption, which is easy to be mechanically crushed to produce titanium hydride powder, and then dehydrogenation to produce pure titanium powder under vacuum conditions at high temperature.  In matt titanium industry, using horizontal hydrogenated furnace, under positive pressure hydrogen temperature to 350 ℃ above hydrogenation reaction, and then raise the temperature reaction began to violent, and quick a lot of hydrogen absorption and hydrogen insulation 3 h, and then slowly cooled to room temperature in hydrogen atmosphere, can obtain hydrogen content in 3.8% plus or minus 0.2% of hydrogenated titanium powder, we have advanced production equipment,  Mature production technology, strict production process control, eliminate the hydrogen reaction in the process of air back, to ensure the safety of the production process.  Then ball milling is carried out under the protection of protective gas, which can effectively avoid the contamination of titanium powder but also avoid the natural titanium hydride, ensuring the safety of production. Through ball milling, we can get titanium hydride of different particle sizes.  The ground titanium hydride was put into the furnace for dehydrogenation reaction. Under vacuum conditions, the temperature was raised to more than 680℃, at this time, titanium hydride rapidly decomposed into hydrogen. The whole dehydrogenation process maintained a low vacuum, lasting about 19h, and finally obtained excellent quality titanium powder.  Our control of temperature and pressure in the furnace can effectively avoid the phenomenon of caking during dehydrogenation and ensure product quality.
