High Infra-red Drying Tunnel

Net belt:     970MM stainless steel net chain,   frequency adjustment

Housing:  Open type design (easier to repair)

Temperature preservation:  High Aluminum cotton carpet

Heat tube:  2 type of high infra-red heating tube   with different frequency. Saves 20%   energy compared to traditional drying   tunnel. Only takes 4 – 5 minutes to   reach 200 degrees. Use immediately   and no pre-warming is required.   Product is hot outside and cold inside.

Electric components:   Using programmable frequency adjustor,   Schneider electric components. Switch   cabinet designed separately.

Cooling Section

Adopting 2 X 2.2KW fan, strong cooling capability. Wind blade design. Brake pad exit temperature around 40 degrees. Effective drying tunnel length is 5m. Brake pad leveling solidification is excellent. Total length of the equipment is short and saves space required.
