An inductive analog output sensor is used to detect the position of a metal target within a specific sensing distance. The detected target position corresponds to outputting an analog signal proportional to the detection distance, making this sensor ideal for measurement control. Pepperl+Fuchs offers inspection ranges of 2...5mm, 3...8mm and 15...40mm. Due to the low temperature drift of the inductive analog sensor, the temperature drift per degree Celsius is only 1/1000, which guarantees reliability and high accuracy under abnormal conditions.

We offer intelligent proximity switches that extend functionality to include power line monitoring and diagnostics, network communication with programmable logic controllers, and more.

Using our AS bus proximity sensor, the user can extend each master station to 31 slaves (version 2.0) or 62 slaves (version 2.1).

The bus type proximity switch is equipped with an error warning indication, an on/off delay and an internal oscillator monitoring function. According to the shape, it can be divided into cylindrical, square and screw-on type "F" shells.
