A deep cylinder case alnico magnet assembled concentrically in a mild steel pot with spacer of aluminum or copper.

These magnets are primarily for gripping applications.

Working temperature is upto 550 ºC.

North polarity in center of holding face and each magnet has a coated keeper.

Outer surface except pole can be red (smooth or wrinkle) painted or coated with zinc and zickel or chrome.

Casting alnico magnets possesses high magnetic density and great time stability and low coefficient of temperature, so under the quick change of temperature the demagnetization is low.
