These intelligent high-temperature experimentation electric resistance furnaces are designed and made by modern high-tech technology, the main components are made by imported materials, the shells are machined by advanced CNC machine and painted with imported luxury and beautiful double-color epoxy powder by electrostatic painting technology. The hearth is manufactured by special light materials. In a word, every indicators have reached the advanced international level. These furnaces are widely used in the areas like coal, electricity, metallurgy, chemical laboratories, and analysis in the universities laboratories and industrial heat treatment etc.
Features:
- The intelligent controller is integrated with the furnace, this design makes the whole furnace look perfect
- Heating elements adopt liner design both sides to ensure fast heating and even temperature. It is easy to replace furnace wire. Panel and chimney adopt stainless steel materials. The surface is painted with imported dual-color epoxy powder by electrostatic painting technology
- Because the hearth is shaped by advanced lightweight materials (density: 0.3), compared to the traditional muffle furnace, its weight has reduced for 50% and the heating speed is raised for twice. So the energy is saved a lot and the life expectancy has increased for 3.5 times
- Adopting new digital meters and smart temperature controller, which reduces the vision read time and manual operation errors, and the working efficiency is greatly improved

- There are 9 segment and 4 group specific procedures for rising temperatures, which can help automatic setting heating process as per different test requirements
- Alarm and protection functions for over-temperature, leakage, overload and short circuit
