I. Overview
DLZ420 type auto tension vacuum wrapping machine is a new successive tension vacuum wrapping machine based the experience in manufacture of wrapping machines.
The machine may achieve synchronic operations of heat seal, horizontal cutting, and vertical cutting. The machine adopts negative pressure or mechanical forming, resulting in efficient process and production. The machine applies servo motor and programmable controller drive. The control is realized through the touch screen, resulting in reliable and stable operation.
II. Scope of application
The machine is applicable for vacuum and aerated sealing wrapping of foods, prepared meat, frozen meat, sea foods, vegetables and fruits, leisure foods, medicines, medical apparatus, electronic components, and hardware components.
III Working principles
1. Transmission
The machine adopts servo motor as the drive and drives the machine through the gear reducer. Through the programmable controller, the machine may achieve stepless speed regulation. The mechanical drive chain transmits the lower membrane intermittently.
2. Lower membrane forming
The lower membrane is transmitted to the forming position through the chain. The upper membrane plate is fixed above the lower membrane plastic piece. The lower die moves till it is parallel to the plain under the drive of the cylinder and presses down the lower membrane piece. At this time, the vacuum electromagnetic valve opens. The vacuum suctions air from the forming die and forms the heated plastic piece into the bubble caps as required.
3. Vacuum heat seal
After the bubble cap is filled with stuffs, there comes the heat seal with the upper membrane. Electrical heater is fixed on the vacuum chamber of the upper die. The heater heats the upper plastic membrane for seal. The net plate of the heat seal die is installed on the lower die. Under the drive of the cylinder, the lower membrane moves upward to the lower plain of the vacuum chamber and presses the lower plastic piece. At this time, the vacuum valve opens and suctions the air in the vacuum chamber. The upper die plate is installed in the vacuum chamber. Under the drive of the cylinder, the upper and lower membranes are sealed.
4. Horizontal cutting unit
After heat seal, it moves to the horizontal cutting. The scrapper is installed on the guide plate of the horizontal cutting unit. Under the drive of the cylinder, the scrapper moves upward and cuts the plastic piece.
5. Vertical cutting unit
After horizontal cutting, it moves to the vertical cutting. Cutter rolling device is installed on the vertical cutting position. It is composed of motor, cutter, and axis. The cutter rotates under the drive of the motor and realizes the vertical cutting during the process. At this time, the vertical cutter finishes the cutting.
6. Rim edge recollecting device
After the vertical cutting, rim edges are left on both sides of the lower membrane. The rim edge recollecting device strikes into strings for recollection.
