  • 1.This device is used to completely reset the ejector plate before mould clamping to prevent mould damage;

  • 2.This mechanism is internally installed, having a small installation space; even if the ejection stroke of the ejector is large, it can realize the early return completely;

  • 3.This mechanism is internally installed, avoiding conflict with the external parts of the mould and the waterways.

  • Installation and use instructions:

  • 1.Calculate the stroke precisely, and adjust the reset stroke by intercepting the length of the straight ejector sleeve and the reset rod (as shown in the figure below);

  • 2.Machine the mounting holes according to the deepening dimension drawing; note that all mounting holes are concentric and perpendicular to the mould joint;

  • 3.It is necessary to use two or more push plate reset mechanisms for each mould and symmetrically install them;

  • 4.If they are not installed symmetrically, a single reset mechanism will be under stress and the component may be broken due to unbalanced stress;

  • 5.Add lubricating oil to the fitting part regularly;

  • 6.Ensure that the reset push rod is accurately installed in the front end of the straight ejector sleeve. If it is misplaced, the mould will be damaged.

  • 7.Conduct the fit function test to check whether the parts of the mechanism are smooth and the stroke is consistent.
